Reimagining renovation in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Suffering from years of deferred maintenance and neglect, Greenbrier Ranch needed more than just cosmetic updating.  Perimeter planting had become so dense and overgrown that most of the exterior wood siding and trim had rotted away and the interior spaces had become devoid of precious natural light. Poor construction detailing on the rear sunroom had allowed water to invade the interior space for years, causing irreparable damage and fungal growth.
